Mini croustades filled with herring and beetroots

Fill every of the KRUSTADER mini croustades with a piece of marinated SILL INLAGD or SILL MATJES herring and add some sliced SOMMARSKÖRD pickled gherkins.

Cheese pie with mushrooms
Add your favourite canned mushrooms on top of each PAJ OST cheese pie and bake them in the oven preheated to 180°C for 10 to 12 minutes.

Add some SJÖRAPPORT cured cold smoked salmon on top of each PAJ OST cheese pie and bake them in the oven preheated to 180°C for 10 to 12 minutes.
Freshly-baked flatbread with cold smoked salmon
Bake some KNÅDA flatbreads (400 g of mix makes 6 flatbreads). Add 50 ml of flavourless vegetable oil and 200 ml of hot water (approx. 50°C) to the bag and close properly. Keep the bag upright and knead into a smooth dough. Divide the dough and shape it into 6 round pieces. Flatten each piece with your hands (approx. diameter 15 cm for each piece). Heat up a frying pan, then set to medium heat and fry the bread pieces without butter or oil for approx. 2-3 minutes per side. Serve with SJÖRAPPORT cured cold smoked salmon or other fish to your taste.
Shrimp salad
Peel the cooked and quick-frozen SJÖRAPPORT shrimps (you can leave the very end of the tail unpeeled). Pour some boiling water on the BÄSTISAR mix of grains with spices and leave to swell. Serve the grains on the plate with shrimps, add some ROSTAD LÖK fried onions and SÅS SENAP & DILL sauce.
Salmon steak
Season SJÖRAPPORT salmon fillet with salt, pepper and lemon. Bake it in the oven preheated to 170°C for about 15 minutes. Serve with fresh salad, pickled mushrooms and SÅS SENAP & DILL sauce or other garnish at your taste.
Gingerbread thins with cinnamon and cloves
Allow the gingerbread dough to warm up and soften before rolling and shaping the thins. Keep it at room temperature and knead in your hands. Roll out the dough sheets up to 0,5 cm thick and cut out the thins with cookie cutters. Bake them in the oven preheated to 180°C for about 10 minutes. Garnish with sprinkles, powdered sugar or ground cinnamon.

Flavour the VINTERSAGA mulled fruit drink with orange slices, cinnamon and ginger. Simmer and enjoy.
